Grandmont Rosedale
Community Development Corporation
| Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation (GRDC) is a non-profit community housing development organization founded in 1989 by four neighborhood organizations in northwest Detroit. A mobile mapping system using ESRI's ArcPad software was developed by the Urban Safety Program to assist GRDC in conducting a commercial properties survey along Grand River Avenue. The survey instrument was designed by WSU's Dale Thomson and consists of 13 items that measure property conditions including structural and aesthetic characteristics. |
